Jodie Beeson is a qualified, senior human resources and employee relations consultant with more than 25 years’ tactical and strategic experience across a diverse range of industries, including construction, mining, manufacturing, health, retail, technology, transport and not-for-profit.
She is trusted by Boards, executives and senior leaders for practical, balanced and commercially sound advice across complex workplace matters, including HR strategy, industrial and employee relations, workplace investigations, dispute resolution, compliance, risk and culture.
Jodie is a skilled mediator who has been trained to The Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS), is a WA Police licensed workplace investigator and member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
In addition to her consulting work, Jodie is a Non-Executive Director of Best Lives, a not-for-profit NDIS and supported independent living provider.
