Commitment to Community

At BHR Human Resources and Employee Relations, we are committed to contributing to the communities in which we live and work.

We recognise the important role Western Australian not-for-profit organisations play in supporting people, families and communities, often with limited resources and increasing operational demands.

As part of our commitment to community, we provide pro-bono and low-bono human resources, employee relations and workplace support services to selected not-for-profit organisations.

Having worked with BHR Consultants over many years, I have come to value their practical advice, responsiveness, and depth of expertise. More recently, they have been supporting Circular Green, and their contribution has given us confidence that we have trusted expert guidance available whenever we need it.

As a not-for-profit organisation, it is particularly meaningful to work with professionals who understand the realities and challenges of the community sector. We have felt genuinely supported and very much in safe hands.
